If you are returning wallpaper you have purchased, it must be free from defects and undamaged. We will not take back wallpaper without a label that is under the foil. The label is not part of the packaging, but of the wallpaper, it contains its marking and the production batch and is an integral part of the wallpaper.
In case the customer returns the wallpaper undamaged but unwrapped, the seller is entitled to charge the customer a fee of 4 Euros,--/piece for the new repackaging.
